His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia has thanked US President Joe Biden for calling the Armenian Genocide by its name. His Holiness posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Mr. President Joe Biden, by calling the Armenian Genocide by its name, you have reaffirmed the commitment of the United States of America to justice, human rights, and accountability. I highly appreciate your wise and courageous leadership.”
