Head of the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Leyla Abdullayeva says Azerbaijan has released and returned all Armenians with the status of prisoner of war, Minval.az reports.
“Currently, Azerbaijan is conducting a thorough inquest into all those who were arrested after the 44-day war,” she added.
