Individuals who have been fully vaccinated against coronavirus should be exempted from tests and quarantine when traveling within the European Union, said European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders.

EU countries can request coronavirus vaccination certificates for access to concerts and other public events.

Several EU countries have announced that they would like to distribute certificates for attending concerts and other public events. It is possible if there is appropriate national legislation, Reynders added.
