STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh Security Council Secretary Vitaly Balasanyan on Tuesday had a regular meeting with Bertrand Lamon, Head of the Stepanakert Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission.

During the meeting, information on the activities carried out and the programs to be implemented by this ICRC mission were presented, the Artsakh Security Council informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, both sides highlighted the cooperation between the Artsakh authorities and this Red Cross mission.
