Russia is in close contact with Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan to stabilize the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)]. Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian president, told this to reporters, according to TASS.

"We [Moscow] are in close contact with Ankara, Baku and Yerevan, and we believe that any step should help further stabilize the situation in Transcaucasia, the development of infrastructure, transport logistics, the rectification of the general situation, and should not contain any elements that may become a cause for an increase in tension," said a Kremlin spokesperson.
