This is what Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan said in an interview with RFE/RL Armenian Service today after he was asked whether Armenia’s authorities are ready to continue to exchange mine maps for prisoners of war. “The provision of a mine map was a humanitarian act in response to Azerbaijan’s act,” he added.

On June 12, Azerbaijan returned 15 prisoners of war to Armenia in exchange of mine maps in Akna (Aghdam) region.
