The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has decided to raise the level of the threat of being on the territory of Ukraine to the maximum fourth and calls on its citizens to immediately leave the territory of this country, the Japanese Foreign Ministry reported on Friday.

The fourth level of danger of being in the territory of a particular country, according to the classification of the Japanese Foreign Ministry, contains a call to immediately leave the territory of the state and refuse any trips to this country.

The Japanese Foreign Ministry explained its decision by the continuing growth of tension on the Ukrainian-Russian border. The country's Foreign Ministry stressed that the further development of the situation remains unpredictable, despite ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the crisis.
