YEREVAN. – Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan of Armenia on Friday received Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the meeting, Mirzoyan touched upon the latest Azerbaijani invasion in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), which was launched Thursday in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping troops—in the village of Parukh—, the Azerbaijani actions deliberately disrupting the normal operation of vital infrastructure, and other steps aimed at ethnic cleansing. The need for the return of Azerbaijani military units to the starting positions of Wednesday was stressed.

Also, the FM presented the position of the Armenian side on the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan on a peace agreement, underscoring in that context the mediating role of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship.
