"The 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis" will be held in the Azerbaijani-occupied Armenian city of Shushi, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
About 400 Azerbaijani diaspora representatives from 65 countries are expected to attend the event, APA reported.
After the official opening ceremony, the event will host a report on the activities of the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora, as well as discussions.
