Transport communication with Russia will be restored within two hours. Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan wrote on his Facebook page.

"I just talked to my Georgian colleague, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy Levan Davitashvili, who said that road communication with Russia will be restored within two hours," he wrote.

As a reminder, the overflowing rivers ("Tergi" and "Devdorak") damaged a section of the road connecting Georgia with Russia.  Georgia temporarily closed the land border with Russia.
