Pursuant to the law on martial law and a decision by the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) government, the export of wheat and barley—including wheat and barley seeds—from Artsakh has been banned as of July 1, Artsakhpress reports.
This is informed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Artsakh, adding that the monitoring of the implementation of this decision has been entrusted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Revenue Committee of Artsakh.
