The Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Mher Grigoryan and Yaqub Eyyubov, met in Moscow in an informal format within the framework of the session of the CIS Economic Council, according to Azerbaijani media.
During the break after this session, Grigoryan and Eyyubov talked for about four minutes, and then participated in the extended session of the CIS Economic Council.
