The European Union delegation to Armenia issued a statement on its Twitter page on the second anniversary of the 44-day war.
"Today we join Armenians in mourning for those who died on 27 September 2020 and on the following days and years. The loss of so many young lives has caused deep sorrow and bereavement. We pray for them and hope that this will never be repeated," the statement reads.
