The political and military leadership of Azerbaijan must answer for these atrocities, Ambassador for Special Assignments Edmon Marukyan wrote on his Twitter.

"This is not the first time that Azerbaijani authorities commit war crimes. Azerbaijani political & military authorities must be hold accountable for this & other atrocities," he wrote.
