Snipers have been deployed on the roof of Dvin Hotel Yerevan where the meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be held today.
Video cameras have captured these snipers.
Today, and under the chairmanship of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council, as well as the joint meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers, and the Committee of Security Council Secretaries of the CSTO member countries will be held in the Armenian capital.
Aside from Armenian PM Pashinyan, the presidents of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, as well as CSTO General Secretary Stanislav Zas are expected to attend the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
