Azerbaijan is a key strategic partner for Hungary. The latter’s president, Katalin Novak, wrote about this on social media.

“I reiterated to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at his official visit to Budapest that in current times the diversification of energy sources are elementary in Europe where Azerbaijan has a great role to play,” the Hungarian president added on Twitter.
