Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on air of TRT TV channel that Turkey expects Sweden to take sincere steps to combat Islamophobia.

He said Turkey is concerned about increasing anti-Islamic rhetoric and actions in Europe and especially in Scandinavian countries.

Erdogan also did not fail to voice another threat against Greece.

The Turkish president also commented on sending tanks to Ukraine.

He said that Yurkey has established itself as a regional power.

"Now our task is to become a world power," Erdogan noted.
