Nissan announced the creation of a two-seat electric roadster with minimalist design in 2021. Then the Japanese brand demonstrated the model in a digital form. Now the brand has presented a conceptual open electric car Max-Out in a physical version, Motor reported.
Despite the fact that the car is just a design model, embodiment of a virtual roadster in reality is a serious step into the future for the company.
The Max-Out concept is meant to showcase Nissan's technology in car development as well as the sense of freedom and openness the company follows. The futuristic electric roadster features a streamlined body, original wheels, as well as a small windshield, a backlit rear panel and a digital display in the place where conventional cars have a grille.
Representatives of Nissan did not disclose the technical specifications of the prototype. By rumors, two-seater open-top car will have wide transformation opportunities of saloon. There is also no data on the possible launch of such a car.
By 2030, the brand is going to release 23 new electrified models, 15 of which will be fully electric.
