In the skyscraper complex Jumeirah Bay in Dubai sold a penthouse for a record sum. The deal was the most expensive sale of housing in the emirate, reports the publication The National News.

The object is located in the building of the Bulgari Lighthouse. The buyer, whose name shall remain unknown, paid for it 112 million dollars. The deal was registered on February 1.

The penthouse spans more than 3,600 square feet and has nine bedrooms inside. The price also included five parking spaces. No other details of the purchase were reported.
