US Ambassador Kristina Kvien visited the Matenadaran, the well-known Museum and Institute of Ancient Manuscripts of Armenia, reported the US Embassy in Yerevan.
“She was impressed by the amazing collection of ancient and unique manuscripts housed in the Institute and was equally impressed by the expertise and dedication of the researchers and restoration specialists to preserving for the world the historic scholarly and literary legacy of the Armenian people,” the embassy added.
