After setting up a checkpoint at the Lachin corridor, Azerbaijan obstructs the activities of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Artsakh in every possible way. The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Gegham Stepanyan, on Wednesday noted about this on Twitter.
“For 11 days now, the ICRC has been unable to transport [Artsakh] patients in critical health conditions to medical facilities in Armenia,” Stepanyan added.
