A delegation led by Laura Kelly, the Governor of the US State of Kansas, on Thursday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan. The American delegation included US Brigadier General Michael Venerdi, Adjutant General for the State of Kansas, as well.
Governor Kelly laid a wreath at the memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
Subsequently, the guests placed flowers at the Eternal Flame and observed a minute of silence to honor the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.
