On June Thursday and Friday, the US embassy in Armenia will host Ambassador James O'Brien, Head of the Office of Sanctions Coordination at the US Department of State, the embassy informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During his visit to Armenia, Ambassador O'Brien will meet with the country's high-ranking officials, including the Prime Minister, to discuss collaboration within the framework of US sanctions, and to express his appreciation for Armenia's commitment to ensuring US sanctions.

Also, he will visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan.
