The presidency of Spain in the EU began with the visit of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to Ukraine, AP writes.
Sánchez will emphasize support for Ukraine during his visit to Kyiv.
The Spanish government announced that Sanchez will make a speech in the Ukrainian parliament and then meet with President Zelenskyy.
This is Sánchez's third visit to Kiev since the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops in February of last year.
