The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) accepted all the proposals of the Armenian delegation. Sargis Khandanyan, Chair of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Foreign Relations and Head of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE PA, wrote about this on Facebook.

"The final document of the 2023 OSCE PA, the Vancouver Declaration, approved a number of important provisions by voting.

"THE ASSEMBLY

"Calls on Azerbaijan to withdraw its armed forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia,

"Calls for the unhindered passage of people and goods through the Lachin Corridor, in accordance with the International Court of Justice decision of February 22, 2023,

"Calls on Azerbaijan to form a positive agenda, in close cooperation with the international community, in order to guarantee the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh,

"Calls for the release of all detained persons and to ascertain the fate of all persons who went missing during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, to protect the cultural heritage of the region, and to support the demining process,

"Encourages Armenia and Azerbaijan to continue negotiations towards signing a comprehensive peace agreement based on the recognition of each other's territorial integrity,

"Welcomes the diplomatic efforts of the United States and the European Union, which contribute to building dialogue and mutual trust between Armenia and Azerbaijan," Khandanyan added on Facebook.
