The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the shots that were fired outside the residence of the President of Artsakh at around 3:05am Monday.

An Artsakh capital Stepanakert resident born in 1983 and an Askeran region resident born in 1981 have been detained on suspicion of committing this crime, the Artsakh Investigative Committee informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The respective criminal investigation continues.
