The participants of the rally in Republic Square in Yerevan have started to march in four directions in the capital.

Head of the Mother Armenia block Andranik Tevanyan announced that the march would take place in four directions, warning the police not to use any violence.

Earlier the protesters blocked several streets in Yerevan, also in regions. The protests were sparked by Azerbaijan’s military aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19. Since then citizens hold regular rallies and demonstrations, demanding the resignation of Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan over his handling of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
