The presidency of North Macedonia in the OSCE has called to send medical aid to the victims of the explosion in Stepanakert, the capital city of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"We mourn for the people who died tragically as a result of the gas tanker explosion that took place in Stepanakert yesterday. We call for immediate unhindered humanitarian access so that people who are still fighting for their lives can receive medical care," reads a statement published on X (formerly known as Twitter).
