In November, Belarus will host a meeting of the Collective Security Council and the Council of Defense Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member countries. This announcement was made by Colonel Dmitry Ryabikhin, Deputy Head of the Department of International Military Cooperation at the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.

He stated, "In November, the Republic of Belarus will host a joint meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers, Foreign Ministers, and State Security Secretaries. And there will be another session of the Collective Security Council under the leadership of the head of our state."

The CSTO is composed of Belarus, which currently holds the chairmanship in 2023, as well as Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
