We have not left the CSTO yet, and what the leaving will lead to, that question also contains a secret. Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Edvard Asryan, told this to reporters Tuesday morning at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan—and addressing the question of what Armenia's possible withdrawal from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) might lead to and to what extent the country’s security environment is related to the CSTO.

And to the remark that there are joint organizations within the CSTO in the Armenian army, Asryan responded: "There are joint organizations on paper."
