Currently, there is no agreement on a meeting between the representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan at any level. Vahan Kostanyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, stated this, speaking with reporters Thursday.

He noted, however, that Armenia does not see any obstacles in moving forward based on the well-known three principles.

"The fact that Baku has not yet given [its] accordance to specifying the three principles on paper is worrisome in terms of whether as to whether Azerbaijan is interested in the establishment of solid peace in the South Caucasus.

We [i.e. Armenia] are ready to carry out border delimitation on the basis of the corresponding maps of the Alma Ata declaration, restoring the 1991 borders.

In case of reaching an agreement on this matter, it will be reflected in writing, and there will be an corresponding public communication about it," stressed the Armenian deputy FM.
