This government has failed in everything, and when it comes to foreign relations it is clear that the negotiator must be changed, Vartan Oskanian, former Armenian foreign minister told reporters at a rally on Republic Square.

"There are really no two opinions here. There are new people, new agenda. There are many problems that need to be stopped.

It is necessary to achieve a truly stable and lasting peace. This way really cannot bring lasting peace. It is not an actual demarcation, it is a concession of land under compulsion. This is a concession of lands from the sovereign territory of Armenia under duress," Oskanian said, speaking of the demarcation that takes place in Tavush province.
