The constitution of Armenia, its amendments or non-amendments are the internal affairs of Armenia, and it cannot be a negotiation agenda. Ruben Rubinyan, deputy speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, told this to reporters at the NA Tuesday—and with respect to the statements from Azerbaijan regarding the need to amend the constitution of Armenia in order to sign a peace treaty with Azerbaijan.
