YEREVAN. - According to the Electoral Code of Armenia Local electoral commissions will receive a special substance for stamping passports. The substance disappears after 12 hours.

The chemical substance is provided by British Lantrade Global Supplies LTD.

The substance and stamps cost around AMD 13.8 million (around $36 thousand), and for customizing AMD 3 million (around $7.8 thousand) is needed. All in all AMD 16.9 million ($43.8 thousand) is needed.

The money will be allocated from the Government’s Reserve Fund.
