YEREVAN.- Armenian student committed a suicide attempt on Wednesday in Yerevan, Armenia.

The rescuers received a call saying a girl fell on metal cable on the third floor of a building in one of Yerevan districts.

The rescuers arrived at the site to bring the girl down.

Armenian Aravot newspaper reported that the 21-year-old girl is a student at the Yerevan State University. Police is clarifying the reasons for a suicide attempt.
