ISTANBUL. – The lawyers of Dink family have presented a report to Istanbul Prosecutor’s office claiming to expand the scope of the investigation of Hrant Dink’s murder.

As the Turkish Radical informs, the lawyers have presented a claim consisting of 18 points where they point out the failures of state officials during the investigation of Dink’s case and the fact that those state officials were not punished.

Serious accusations were presented against the police and the gendarmerie in the ‘state secret’ part of the Turkish Supervisory Council’s report on Hrant Dink’s case.

It was mentioned that the Istanbul Police and the investigation department of the police have not fulfilled the demands from Trabzon message and have presented false report.

It is stated in the report that there is not enough evidence to launch investigation into actions of some police officers, military servicemen and officials.
