President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has arrived in Seoul to attend the Nuclear Security Summit to be held on March 26-27.

The summit brought together heads of 53 states and four international agencies, including U.S. President Barack Obama and Russia’s Dmitry Medvedev.

On the first day the leaders will have a working dinner to discuss progress made since the 2010 Washington Summit. Two working meetings are scheduled for the second day. The leaders will discuss national measures and international cooperation to enhance nuclear security.

The participants plan to adopt a communiqué on agreed measures to enhance nuclear security and reduce threat of terrorism. Each member state will circulate national memorandum on nuclear security.

After the summit Serzh Sargsyan will pay a state visit to Singapore where he will meet with  president, premier and representatives of business circles.
