YEREVAN. – Irates newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: It is not ruled out that the current President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has taught the current RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan at the Moscow [State] Institute of International Relations—at the well-known MGIMO.
After graduating from MGIMO, Ilham Aliyev began teaching [there] and taught in 1985-1991, and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan studied at MGIMO in those years.
And if Ilham Aliyev really taught Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, the RA Foreign Minister has a good chance to prove that he was a good student and the old saying is that a student always outperforms his teacher is true. Or, Ilham Aliyev was a bad lecturer.
