YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: The lack of investments [in the country] is obvious to all of us, but those few potential investors who want to start a business in Armenia complain about the authorities' lack of understanding, support.

Moreover, they say that at various circles they hinder their entry to Armenia’s economy in every possible way.

This is nothing yet. One of the businessmen told us that they had the impression that the government members and structures have no connection with each other, and sometimes they just sabotage [PM] Nikol Pashinyan's instructions. The Prime Minister promises something, but they don't do it in other circles.

Moreover, during a meeting with an investor, Pashinyan may try to contact any minister or deputy minister, but the latter will not respond for a long time, or, simply, they will not be able to find him.
