President of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan offered condolences to RA President Serzh Sargsyan and President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad concerning crash of the airliner heading from Tehran to Yerevan July 15.

“Your Excellence, Mr Sargsyan, Residents of Artsakh were deeply moved by the information of the Tehran-Yerevan air crash taking also lives of our countrymen. Together with the whole Armenian nation we mourn over the tragic losses and express our condolences to families and relatives of the victims. In this moment of mourning we are with you and share the pain of the irretrievable loss,” says the message to President Sargsyan.

“Your Excellence, Mr Ahmadinejad, on behalf of residents and authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh and myself, let us express condolences to the whole Iranian nation. In this moment of the national mourning we share the pain of irretrievable loss caused by crash of the Tehran-Yerevan plane. We wish endurance and fortitude to the bereaved relatives,” the message to President Ahmadinejad says.

Yesterday a plane of Caspian Airlines heading from Tehran to Yerevan, flight 7908 with 168 people on board crashed at 11:33 am local time on Iranian territory. The passengers and the crew of 15 were reported dead. As per the preliminary data, of 37 Armenian passengers – 5 were citizens of Armenia, at that 2 — aircraft mechanics.
