Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: [PM] Nikol Pashinyan had published a video yesterday morning about the peace agreement, how to achieve peace [with Azerbaijan].

In the video, he was saying that from his communication with [Azerbaijani President Ilham] Aliyev in Turkmenistan, he understood that peace [with Azerbaijan] is possible, and was describing how. And yesterday evening, at the CC [i.e. Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract Party] board session, Justice Minister [Srbuhi] Galyan presented matters related to the draft of the new constitution [of Armenia], although Daniel Ioannisyan, a member of the constitutional commission, had said that they have not convened sessions since time immemorial, and the text of the [new] constitution is not ready.

Behind the scenes in the [Armenian] authorities’ circles, they have been discussing since yesterday the matter that Azerbaijan has given Nikol Pashinyan time to prepare the peace agreement as quickly as possible and, first of all, to eliminate the obstacle that is a precondition—the old constitution, and adopt a new constitution so that the signing process moves forward.

Now, with this live broadcast [of Pashinyan] and other steps, the [Armenian] authorities are preparing this.
