On July 18 at 12 pm the Iranian air crash victims’ relatives arrived in Yerevan by TU-154 with the remains of victims on board, NEWS.am informs.

Yerevan city hall, Holy Etchmiadzin and civil aviation representatives met the relatives at the airport.

The funeral expenses are to be covered by Yerevan city hall. More than 20 relatives that did not manage to fly to Iran on July 16, are checked in for today’s special flight.

On July 15 the 7908 Caspian Airlines aircraft heading from Tehran to Yerevan, with 168 people on board crashed at 11:33 am local time on Iranian territory. The passengers and the crew of 15 died. Dozens of Armenian passengers – 5 citizens of Armenia, at that 2 — aircraft mechanics on board.
