Iranian Parliament raised the question of breaking the diplomatic relations with UK at today’s session.

As many as 36 IRI MPs set their names to the proposal, MEHR News agency informs.

Presently, the document is studied by a parliamentary Foreign Affairs and Security committee and will be submitted to the voting upon approval.

Earlier, the Iranian officials repeatedly accused Britain of intervention in the internal affairs of the country.

The proposal says “UK intervention in the internal affairs of Iran” after the Second World War, overthrowing of Musaddig government and Islamic Revolution.
