RA President Serzh Sargsyan presented the results of bilateral and trilateral talks on Karabakh issue, held in Moscow on July 17-18, during the RA National Security Council sitting on July 21, 2009, presidential press service reports.
Besides, the national draft program on drugs trafficking was discussed and passed at the NSC sitting. The draft concept on Armenian atmospheric effects and impact on the atmosphere was submitted for NSC approval.
