YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s highways are passable, for the most part, as of Wednesday at 10am, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informs.

But some roads are difficult to drive, and, due to heavy blizzard and low visibility, some motorways and Selim Mountain Pass are closed for traffic.   

Also, there is black ice on some road sections. Snow removal and road cleaning are in progress.

And according to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway, which leads to the Armenian border, is closed.
