In 2009 GPM Gold in Armenia mined 476 200 tons of ore and produced 944 kg 369g of gold that equals 30 362 troy ounces.

Presently, the company mines and processes on average, 40 000 tons of ore monthly, making 30 000-40 000 troy ounces annually, GPM Gold press service informed NEWS.am.

Implementation of investment projects will give GPM Gold (part of GeoProMining Group) possibility to increase mining and processing volumes of Armenian gold ore thrice in next years, from 45 000 tons to 150 000 tons a month.

Currently the company holds negotiations with planning organizations on building and reconstruction of the existing plant.
