Drug dealers supply drugs to Russia through Azerbaijan, Victor Ivanov, Director of the RF Federal Drug Control Service, stated at an interagency conference in Yessentuki, Russia.
“Drug dealers use the Rostov-Baku highway, Baku-Rostov, Baku-Kiev and Baku-Moscow trains, as well as sea ways,” Ivanov said.
He also pointed out the danger of interpenetration of drug mafia and terrorist organizations.
