Sweden is for giving Armenia an opportunity to join EU, Special Representative on Nagorno-Karabakh and Georgia, Chair of the Swedish Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee Goran Lennmarker stated at NATO PA Rose-Roth seminar in Yerevan.
According to him, Armenia is far older European country than Sweden is. When Armenia adopted Christianity first in the world, Sweden and many other countries did not even exist, Lennmarker said.
