YEREVAN. – Armenia’s FM Edward Nalbandian, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, and National Security Council Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan participated in the joint session of the Foreign Ministers’ Council, the Defense Ministers’ Council, and the Committee of the Security Councils’ Secretaries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
The event was held Monday in Sochi, Russia.
The ministers reflected on the course of implementation of the decision that were reached during the last session of the CSTO Collective Security Council (CSC), informs the Armenian MFA press service.
In addition, the discussants approved the draft documents that are put on the agenda of the CSC session to be convened in the latter half of the day, and the drafts for the CSC statement on the situation concerning Syria.
The session attendees also determined the place and dates for the next sessions of the statutory bodies of the organization.
