STEPANAKERT. –Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday met with Eleni Theocharous, Head of the EU-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group, and a group of European Parliament members.

Europe-Artsakh cooperation was discussed during the talk and a special attention was paid to the development of interparliamentary ties, informs the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

President Sahakyan considered the continuous strengthening of ties with Europe to be an imperative, highlighting it from the political, cultural, and humanitarian perspectives.

Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Deputy PM Artur Aghabekyan, FM Karen Mirzoyan, and several other officials also attended the meeting.
